Parker and Cherbear driving home on the 4th after visiting Scully's relatives, trying to see fireworks and NOT get in an accident.
Cherbear: I like the ones that shimmer down.
Parker: Shimmah dahn nah!
I still don't know why the police wouldn't let anyone pull over and watch. It would seem safer.
